Together with the Generation 8 Software, Cubus has introduced a new Web-based installation process that simplifies initial installation, software update and license management.
With the new web-based process the software is always installed locally on each PC, eliminating the legacy concepts of standalone, software client and software server installations. Therefore only two different installation scenarios must be considered:
